プレイステーションネットワークカードを販売し、いずれのバイヤーからもコードを教えてくれと要求されたので、要求通りにコードを教えました。

内容はメールの履歴をご確認願います。

このコードを教えたことによって、バイヤーはプレイステーション内のゲームコンテンツを遊ぶことが可能になります。

従ってカード自体は発送していませんが、バイヤーは我々に支払ったお金の対価を受け取っています。 このようにバイヤーは返品不可能な状況を承知しているにもかかわらず、コード聞き出した後、アマゾンのシステムを悪用し、チャージバックやリターンリクエストを要求しています。

それを証拠にこれらのバイヤーは複数のカードを購入し、複数のリターンリクエストを要求してきています。

これらの不当な行為には断じて応じることはできません。

どうか取引メールなどを調査していただき、プレイステーションネットワークカードに関するチャージバックリクエスト及びリターンリクエストの要求を取り下げてもらえますか？

We have been receiving many improper requests about refunds and returns.

All these purchases said that they bought PlayStation Network Card and told us to tell them the code, so we told them as they demanded.

Please check the mail history for more details.

Using the code, they can play games within PlayStation.

Therefore, even though we have not sent the card, these purchasers have enjoyed the benefits for their payment.
As above, the purchaser knows that the refund is not acceptable, but as soon as he gets the code, he abuses the Amazon's system and keeps sending requests for refund and return.

As a proof, he bought multiple cards and sends multiple requests.

I can't accept such a wrongful action.

Please investigate e-mails related to our transactions and cancel his requests for refund and return for PlayStation Network Card.
