①シートの下部分を眉間の下部に貼り付けて下さい
②片手でシート下部を押さえながら、もう片方の手でシートの斜め上にもちあげるように引き上げます。
③シートが貼れたら10分～15分を目安にその状態をキープし、その後ゆっくりと剥がして下さい。
＊シリコンシートはあまり強く引っ張りますとさける恐れがありますのでご注意下さい
1) Apply the lower part of the sheet on the lower center of the forehead.
2) Push the lower part of the sheet with one hand, and lift the sheet diagonally with the other hand.
3) Keep the sheet in the state for 10-15 minutes sheet, and then remove it slowly.
