・商品はフロリダの転送会社を経由して現在日本にありますが、
返品可能でしょうか？
返品手続き画面から配送元を日本の住所に設定すると、
米国住所以外は設定できない、旨のエラーが表示されます。
配送元をフロリダの住所に設定をして返品手続きをする事は可能でしょうか？
・返品可能な場合、箱に返品ラベルを貼る必要がありますでしょうか？
または不要でしょうか？

I would like to return an item that I ordered.

Reason for return:
The product was delivered to me in Japan using a freight forwarder in Florida, but is it possible for me to return the item?
During the return process, when I enter Japan as the shipped-to address, I get an error message telling me that only US addresses are accepted. Is it possible to use the freight forwarder's address in Florida as the shipped-to address to process my return?
If it's possible for me to return this item, should I paste the return label onto the box or is this not necessary?
I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter.
