● Tickets can only be claimed by the person whose name is printed on the voucher.
When claiming the ticket, please bring identification papers containing a profile picture with you. We will use this to confirm whether or not it's really you.

Only the person who applied for the ticket (name have to match to the name stated at the bottom of the ticket) can pick it up.
We will ask you to show us your ID with picture to confirm her/himself.
