何度もDHLに問い合わせてみましたが、残念ながらBracketsは見つかりませんでした。
商品代金と送料を支払っただけで商品が手元に届かなかった、このむなしい気持ちは誰にでも理解していただけると思います。
クレームをDHLにファイルしていただけないようですので、 MYUSのアカウントを退会したいと思います。
どうすればいいでしょうか？

I think everybody could understand this sad feel of not receiving an item though paying the item price and the shipping charge.
Because it looks you are not willing to file a claim to DHL, I would like to withdraw my MyUS account.

I asked to DHL many times but I'm regret that the Brackets did not discover.
I only paid the price of product and charge but the product did not arrive at me, anyone can understand my empty-hearted.
