おそらくまだシンガポールに到着していないと思われますが、少し遅いですよね。
調査請求を出す事ができますが、既に荷物が日本国内を出てしまっているので、５日以内に結果が出ることはありません。
もし今週中に動きがないようなら、返金させて頂くか、再出荷させて頂きます。
再出荷の場合もすべてこちらが費用を負担します。

We can make a request for investigation, but we won't get an answer in 5 days because the luggage has already left Japan.
If there is no movement during this week, we will refund or make a shipment again.
