I completely agree with the opinion of X. I'm afraid that the next update will be in over 2 months or even further away.
The updates until now were mostly correcting bugs.
Judging from the submission's contents, they still haven't dipped into any responsive design.
I think that the update should be done with this as a priority, but this producer doesn't accept any feedback from the users.
Well, I'm afraid they think of promising to do the update someday and increase the number of buyers.
I think giving up or starting the refund procedure would be good.
