X.phpの24行目のob_gzhandlerをmb_output_handlerに変更したところエラーが消えたのですが何か問題はありますか？
2. デフォルトの言語を日本語にしたいと考えています
以下の設定をしたのですが表示が変わりません
私が英語が上手く理解できない為、間違っている可能性があります
1. X.phpファイルをYフォルダにアップロード
2. X.phpのコードを以下に変更

I have two questions.
1. The following PHP error was being displayed.
The error disappeared when I changed ob_gzhandler to mb_output_handler on line 24 of X.php but won't there be any problems with that?
2. I want to set the default language to Japanese.
I have made the following setup but the display did not change.
I am not good in understanding English so I might have made a mistake.

2. Change the X.php code to the following
