Paypalにて代金を支払おうとしたら、”日本への発送は出来ない”とのメッセージが出て、支払いが出来ません。
出品者側で日本への発送可能の手続き等を設定してもらえれば、支払いが出来ますので
変更手続きをお願いします。
私は、英語が得意ではありません。ですので、文章の理解に時間がかかります。

I tried using PayPal to make payment but it indicated that "Goods can not be shipped to Japan", and I could not complete payment.
If you can change the settings on the sellers side to accept from Japan I can make payment. Please arrange this.
I do not understand English very well so reading text takes me a long time.
