Hello. I believe that this copy has suffered from severe oxidation due to long-term water exposure. When I opened the package, I was shocked by the discrepancy between the item and the description, although I understand that it's the middle of the twentieth century, but not to that extent. Now I regret that there wasn't a photo. After several attempts to remove the oxidation through various means, it still wasn't gone. I think that if the merchant was selling a historical document, he should have opened the package and confirmed that it matched the description.
