第４条 （禁止事項）
乙は、次に掲げる行為をすることができない。
① 本件土地を第三者に賃貸し、又は第三者に賃借権を譲渡すること。
② 本件土地に建物その他の工作物を設置し、又は現状に変更を加えること。
第５条 （報告義務）
乙が駐車する後記の自動車を変更しようとするときは、甲の承諾を受けなければならない。
２ 乙が車体検査又は修理等のため、後記自動車に代え一時ほかの自動車を駐車
させようとする場合は、事前にその車輛名及び車輛番号を甲に通知し、甲の承諾
を得なければならない。

Article 4 (Prohibited Items)

② Constructing any building or otherwise on the property, or modifying the present state of the property.
Article 5 (Reporting Requirements.)
If the Second Party should move the parked automobile described below, consent must be received from the First Party.
2 In the case that the Second Party should at any time park another vehicle in place of the vehicle described below, the Second Party must report the vehicle name and number to the First Party, and must receive the consent of the First Party.

第６条 （事故についての損害賠償）
乙は、その過失によって生じた甲の設備、駐車中の他の自動車等に生じた損害を賠償する責を負う。
第７条 （契約期間中の解除）
第３条の期間中においてこの契約を解約する場合には、甲又は乙は１ヶ月前までに相手方に対してその旨通知しなければならない。
第８条 （契約解除）
甲は、乙が本契約に違反したときは、何らの催告をしないで直ちに本契約を解除することができる。
