In regard of the above item an additional charge of £15.32 was incurred upon delivery in relation to a Customs charge. When purchasing this item I had anticipated the advertised price being 'all-in'. No mention of additional customs charges was mentioned and would have affected my decision to

I would like to return this item. Furthermore I was somewhat dismayed that, in order to have it delivered, I have had to pay £25.35 in excise duty.
I would like to have a full refund, plus reimbursement of the excise duty. Had I known that I would have to pay such duty, I would have purchased the product from a different retailer.
