先日、PT7が到着しました。
迅速な対応をありがとうございます。
検品したところ、以前と同様で
シャフト全体が緩やかに湾曲しており、
転がしてみたところ、シャフト中央に隙間ができます。
2回連続で同症状が発生していますが、
原因はシャフトの不具合によるものでしょうか？
それとも、仕様でしょうか？
お客様に説明をする必要があります。
可能であれば、同パターでの検証、メーカー様へのご確認をしていただけると
助かります。

I appreciate your prompt cooperation.
Inspection of the item revealed that the entire shaft was slightly bent, and when it is rolled, there is a gap in the middle of the shaft.
There has been the same case twice in the row, is it due to the problem with the shaft? or is it due to the specification of it?
If it's possible, please check the same putter, as well as to verify with the manufacturer on this matter, as I need to report to my customer.
