シンガポールの顧客から「私の商品を注文したがあなたの国へは発送できないと表示された」と連絡がきた。
私はシンガポールへの発送を許可しているし今現在も他のシンガポールの顧客からの注文を問題なく受けている。shipping settingを見てもアジアにチェックが入っている。
前回のあなた達の説明では「シンガポールから出荷」に変更するようにとの事だった様に思うが私は日本から出荷します。解決策を教えて下さい。

I have received a message from our customer in Singapore who have ordered my merchandise indicating that they were prompted with a message that shipment to their country is not available.
I have allowed shipment to Singapore, and have been able to ship my merchandise to my customers in Singapore with no problem. When I checked my shipping setting, I confirmed that there is a check mark on Asia.
As I recall your briefing from last time, we were to make changes to "ship from Singapore", but I will be shipping from Japan. Would you please give me a solution to this issue?
