新品であるはずの時計には無数のキズがあり、出品者の説明とは異なるため、この商品の返品をお願いしました。
しかし、この出品者は自分に責任はなく、配送業者の責任とする説明をしています。
しかし、今回のケースのように、出品者の説明と異なる商品が届いた場合は、送料含む全額を返金を要求する事ができるはずです。
