私は先日、新品の時計を購入しました。
新品であるはずの時計には無数のキズがあり、出品者の説明とは異なるため、この商品の返品をお願いしました。
しかし、この出品者は自分に責任はなく、配送業者の責任とする説明をしています。
しかし、今回のケースのように、出品者の説明と異なる商品が届いた場合は、送料含む全額を返金を要求する事ができるはずです。
私が商品を返品できるように助けてください。
I have purchased the brand new watch the other day.
The watch was supposed to be the brand new but there were a lot of scratches and which was different from the item description of the exhibitor so I told them that I would return the watch.
The exhibitor told that the scratches are not their responsibility but it is the responsibility of the courier.
However, I believe if an item delivered is different from the item description of exhibitor like this case, it is buyer’s right to request the refund including the shipping charge.
Please help me to return the item and get the refund.
