The points of issue are as follows;
・The source code contains the copyright notice such as a advertisement. (For example, everybody does not like to watch if the unwanted advertisement is displayed as the background of the iPod screen, isn’t it? Of course, it can be ignored if the copyright notice is a simple one).
・The source code itself contains the code to transfer to the author’s site if it is modified. (This gives the difficulty to change the design. It also gives some concern on the SEO.)

・The source codes hides the utilization of the following API.


Prior to selling the script, at least the aforementioned issues should be disclosed so please refund me.
I think the other users may be in trouble because of above.
