商品に問題がなかったのに、マイナス評価となっています。
評価システムの管理上、「3」という評価は事実上マイナス評価となり、「Feedback Rating 98% Positive」の98％の部分が低下してしまいました。

この観点より、評価の削除を依頼したいと思います。

Since the material is TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), it is clear from the product name that it is made of soft plastic. Also, the word "Yawa" in the product name means "soft" in Japanese. I have no right to change the product name.

In the review system, a rating of 3 is a negative review, so the "98%" in "Feedback Rating 98% Positive" will become lower.

Because of the above reason, could you remove the negative review?
