本日、商品をEMSにて再度発送いたしました。
大変長らくお待ちいただいており申し訳ございませんが、
到着まで今しばらくお待ち下さい。
2～3日後に到着する予定です。
商品が日本へ返送されてしまった原因は、
はっきり分かっておりません。
オランダに到着後、
商品を追跡していてもし「保管中」と表示されていた場合は、
また返送されてしまうかもしれないので、

You will receive it in 2 to 3 days.
We don't know why the product was returned to Japan clearly.
