カートに$300以上の商品を入れて配送業者を選択しても値引きされません。
注文の手続きについて教えてください。
また日本まではDHLかEMSのどちらが早く到着するでしょうか？

I am considering purchasing this coat.
On the product page it states that orders over $300 will ship for free through either DHL or EMS.
I have more than $300 worth of items in my card and chose a shipping carrier but I didn't get the discount.
Could you please explain to me how to do the ordering process?
Also, is DHL or EMS faster in terms of shipping to Japan?
