在庫切れの為、EMS対応の業者に汎用のパッケージのみを緊急で用意して対応しました。
御社の製品は、品質や対応も良いのでとても感謝しております。

But I think I didn't explain well, because you misunderstood me.
The product that is out of stock is from the order I have made around June 15th.
Also, as many of the customers buy this as a gift, I couldn't sell them without their packages.
As they were out of stock, I dealt with this by ordering standard EMS packages.
