第1条 はじめに
( 1 )この利用規約（以下「本利用規約」といいます）は、株式会社A（以下「弊社」といいます）が本アプリ上で提供するサービスを、利用者が利用する際の一切の行為に適用されます。
( 2 )本利用規約は、本サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。
利用者は、本利用規約に従い本サービスを利用するものとします。
( 3 )利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本利用規約の全ての記載内容について同意したものとみなされます。
Clause 1: Scope of Application
1.1 This terms of services (hereinafter referred to as “TOS”) shall be applicable to the each and every actions of users who utilize the services running on this application provided by the A company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.
1.2 This TOS shall define the terms of utilizing the services.
The users shall be required to use the services in accordance to the provisions stated in this TOS.
1.3 The users shall be deemed to understand and agree when they utilize the services the entire provisions stated in this TOS.
( 4 )本利用規約の一部の規定の全部又は一部が法令に基づいて無効と判断された場合であっても、当該規定の無効部分以外の部分および本利用規約のその他の規定は有効とします。本利用規約の一部が特定の利用者との間で無効とされ、または取り消された場合でも、本利用規約はその他の利用者との関係では有効とします。
( 5 )本利用規約に示される権利を行使または実施しない場合でも、当社が当該権利を放棄するものではありません。
1.4 This TOS shall be continuously applicable except some of the provisions which are judged as invalid by the judicial body having appropriate jurisdiction over this TOS. This TOS shall be applicable to the users except those specific users for whom the judicial body judges this TOS to have invalid.
1.5 The company shall not release each and every rights provided in anywhere in this TOS although they have not exercise in the past.
