If you believe that the content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or if you believe you have the right to post and use such content from the rights owner, the owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notice as outlined in our "Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent".

Before providing such a Counter-Notice, you should be aware that we are obliged to inform the complainant that you have provided that notice (and provide a copy of your counter-notice to them) and that their next step may be to take court action against you in the United States.
