何故24日間もしてからクレームを出したのか?初めから壊れていたのであれば1回目のクレームで言っているはず。24日間も商品の故障に気付かないのは不可解
別の問題は買い手が私にネガティブフィードバックをつけると何度も脅している事。今回私が再び返金したとしても買い手は3回目のクレームをつけてまた私を脅すかもしれない。買い手は何度も私を評価の件で脅す事が可能
最善の解決策を教えて

I refunded $200 to a buyer in accordance with their previous claim. However, I received another claim again about the product after about a month, which is on October 28.
Why did they submit the claim after 24 days? If the product was broken from the beginning, they would have said something about it when they submitted the first claim. It is incomprehensible that they did not notice the defect of the product for 24 days.
The other problem is that the buyer continuously threaten me to write a negative feedback about me. Even if I refund the money again, they may submit the third claim and threaten me again. It is possible for them to threaten me over and over again with regards to my feedback.
Please tell me the best solution.

I returned US$200 due to the previous claim from a customer. However, on Ocboter 28 one month after the return, I received a claim about the product again.
Why did he claimed passing 24 days after the delivery? If it was broken, he should have claimed at the first claim. It is strange that he has not noticed the trouble as much as 24 days. The other problem is that the buyer make a threat that he would give negative feedback to our shop. Even if I will give another refund , he may make a third threat claiming again. It is possible that the buyer would repeatedly make a thread implying givieng a feedback.
Please provide me a best solution.

I reimbursed 200.00$ in response to the previous claim of the buyer. However, I have received the claim against the item again after passing one month.
I cannot understand why the buyer makes the claim after passing twenty four days. The new claim should have been included in the first claim if it was broken since the beginning.
There is another issue that the buyer has been intimidating me many times for leaving the negative feedback if I do not accept the claim.
If I accept the claim and reimburse again, the buyer may claim for the third time and demand for the reimbursement again. He can repeat the claim using the negative feedback as the way of intimidation.
