私は大学卒業後投資銀行業務に興味を持ち新卒でB社に入社しました。
投資銀行時代はカバレッジチームのアナリストとしてM&Aや資金調達の提案資料を作る仕事を行っていたのですが実務家がビジネスを行うレベルの分析に関する知識っていうのは本では勉強することが出来ずOJTで断片的にしか勉強することが出来ないということを感じていた。アナリスト時代は、そういった知識の習得にすごく苦労をしていてなにか体系的に勉強する教材はないかと思って日本にありとあらゆる教材を試した経験がある。
Let me introduce myself.
I was concerned about the investiment-banking business upon finishing university and joined the B company as a new graduate.
When I worked at the investiment-bank, I prepared M&A and the fund raising proposal documents as an analyst of the coverage team. However, I felt that I could not obtain the knowledge about the practical level analyse only partially with books and I could study it only partially with OJT. So I struggled to find some materials to study it systematically and tried all typês of materials in Japan.
