- They deliverd the shipment on Oct.5th, but took it back to their offce because you're not home.
- It seems your phone number we have here is not correct.Please give us the number we can reach you in Japan.
- Could you do double check the address below? Please let us make sure.

We have delivered to Mr xxxx's place as of 5/Oct however none is available at that place.
It seems like Mr xxxx sent wrong telephone number, please send us Mr xxxx's telephone number in Japan.
