なかのバインダーをはずして服などを固定するためのベルトです。
もしついていれば私に教えて下さい。
なぜかというと以前私に届いた商品についていなかった。
あとまえに送ってもらった商品に余分に保証書がついていました。
それは返却したほうがいいですか？

They are belts which are removed from the inside binder and are for securing clothes, etc.
If there are belts on it please let me know.
The reason is that there were no belts on a product that I purchased previously.
Also on the product that was sent to me previously, there was an extra guarantee.
Should I return this?
