米Dyson社にAM05という商品について問い合わせています。AM05は首が左右に動く羽なしの扇風機です。

AM05を水平なところに置いて使用しています。また、底面の足には異常はありません。
扇風機の首は左にはスムーズに動きます。右にもスムーズに動きます。
しかし、右側から戻ってくる時のみ少々ぎこちないのです。少し何かひっかかるような感じがあります。
これは使用し始めた時から出ている症状です。
これは初期不良でしょうか？　もしくは仕様でしょうか？

解決方法を教えてください。

I use the AM05 on a leveled floor. Also, the bottom is not defective.
The fan turns right and left smoothly.
But when it turns from right, it looks like it’s stuck.

I placed the AM05 on a level surface to use it. There are no problems with the feet on the bottom of it.
The fan moves to the left smoothly. It also moves to the right smoothly.
However, only when it is coming back from the right side does it stutter. It almost feels like it is catching on something.
