Will post to Japan on Monday morning and send through details for its shipment.setting the watch is done buy using select push button marked on the watch face with button on side of case .you will have to use a point like a pen or similar.push it and the desired function starts to flash and then you push the other buttons to change these settings.to use the chronograph you push the chronograph button three times .the start stop reset with the buttons on the other side.push the chronograph button three times again to return to time function.you can google this info anyway in case I have confused you.when it arrives you can message me and I can help you .
