日本イベント産業振興協会（JACE）は、6月17日、東京・中央区の主婦会館プラザエフで、「第１回定時総会」を開催した。
平成24年度の概況について、新会長および新たに4名の理事を選任し役員体制を強化、新規会員の獲得に注力し、管理費の圧縮を継続したことから協会運営と財政が安定したと報告。
また、「新生JACEのビジョン」に基づいた人材育成事業の基軸である資格制度の大幅な改訂の実施したことで、今後の事業強化に向けた一歩を踏み出すことができた、と振り返った。

During the meeting, the summary report regarding the activities in 2012 was delivered which included electing the new chairman and the four new directors to strengthen the management structure, obtaining the new members, and stabilizing the operation and the financial status through continuing administrative cost saving.
