Rag & Bone will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. After 30 days, no refund of any kind will be issued.
All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
rag & bone gift cards are non refundable.
Please note: We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased via the online store. Garments purchased at any rag & bone boutique must be returned to any rag & bone boutique.
Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased

You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

返品・交換方法は？
箱に入れ、しっかり封をしてください。できれば商品が入っていた箱をお使いください。手続きをスムーズに進めるには返品・交換の品と一緒に必要事項が記載された返品書が必要です。ここをご覧の上、ログイン、”View Order" (注文を見る)をクリックして，次に現れる画面から "Return or Exchange Items" へのリンクをクリックしてください。

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
いつクレジットカードに返金されるか。
お客様の小包を弊社が受け取ってから７営業日以内に返金または交換処理が行なわれます。返品手数料がかかる場合には元の決済形式で貸方が発行されます。貸方はお客様の翌月の請求の締日まで表示されないことがございます。
上記決済取引が行なわれますと、お客様のご注文に記載されたメールアドレス宛にEメールでお知らせが届きます。
