東京ビッグサイトで不動産オークション！?
不動産競売流通協会と楽天オークションは、5月24日～26日に開催される日本最大級の住まいの展示会「朝日住まいづくりフェア2013」、「HOME’s 不動産投資EXPO」内に、日本初となる「競売不動産パビリオン」を設置。
全国の競売不動産を扱う企業14社が集結し、来場者に競売物件購入に関連する専門用語の解説、物件明細書・現況調査報告書・評価書の書類の注意点など専門家によるさまざまなアドバイスを行なう。
A real estate auction at Tokyo Big Sight!?
At the largest exhibition on housing in Japan, "Asahi House Making Fair 2013", held May 24th to 26th, the Real Estate Auction Organization and Rakuten Auctions will be hosting Japan's first "Real Estate Auction Pavilion" as part of the "HOME's Real Estate Investment EXPO."
Fourteen companies who deal in real estate all over the country will come together for this event. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to get advice from experts on a variety of areas such as explanations of technical terms for real estate auctions, building conditions and status reports / evaluations, important points on paperwork, and more.
