*最初の導入で、その日やろうと思っているテーマを私が決めていいのですか？それとも参加者と話し合いながら、その日のテーマを見つけていくのですが？
*途中の場の変化や、流れに沿った誘導を、私がすることになるのか？
*終わりの合図や、タイミングを、私がジャッジしてベルをならすのか？
指示をしない、という線引きがよくわかりません。
何かアドバイスをいただけたら、嬉しいです。
*Am I okay to pick a theme that we will follow during the day at the first introduction? Or should I have discussions with participants and find the theme as the discussion carries on?
*Am I the one to lead the change the atmosphere or facilitate the discussion based on the flow?
*Am I the one to judge when it finishes and to ring the bell?
I am not sure when I should/should not give them guidance, and would appreciate any advice from you.
