理解できないと前に進めない傾向が強いとずっと思っていたが、私はNであり必要性は理解しているはずであった。私のセルフケアへの行動を止めてきたのはSであった事を全体像として理解した。

そして、この気づきは私の他のセルフケアの行動にも波及し、私の身体が要求するケアに私はより気づく事が出来る様になった。代替の行動として、サプリメントをとるという行動を継続してきた。

I've been thinking myself that I have strong tendency of not being able to proceed without understanding, but I'm N and I must have understood the necessity. I understood as a big picture, that what have being preventing my action for self-care was S.

And this awareness affects to my other selfcare actions, so I became to be able to notice about what my body requires. Instead I've kept consuming supplements.

Although I have been thinking I can not go forward if I can not understand, I should have understood the necessary as I was N. As a whole,I understand it was S stopping me from the action of self-care.
