理解できないと前に進めない傾向が強いとずっと思っていたが、私はNであり必要性は理解しているはずであった。私のセルフケアへの行動を止めてきたのはSであった事を全体像として理解した。

そして、この気づきは私の他のセルフケアの行動にも波及し、私の身体が要求するケアに私はより気づく事が出来る様になった。代替の行動として、サプリメントをとるという行動を継続してきた。
