thank you for the pictures. I have to know if the model was separately packed in bubble air foil because I have checked the model and the box before shipment and they were in perfect condition. In the pictures you have send, the parcel looks compressed on all sides and the damage only could happen during transport. Please let me know if you are able to repair the box and keep it, if not you have to follow the text below.
写真を送っていただきましてありがとうございます。モデルが分けて、プチプチできちんとこん包されていたかどうか確認させてください。何故なら、発送以前にモデルと箱を確認した時はパーフェクトの状態でした。あなたが送った写真を見ると、荷物は四方八方つぶれているように見え、破損は輸送中に起こったと考えられます。ボックスを修理し、維持されるかどうか教えてください。そうされない場合は、以下のテキストに従ってください。
All of our parcels are insured, so please you have to go to your responsible post office with the complete parcel, outer box, packaging material (styrofoam chips). Your post office has to write the minutes of the damage of the cases and that the parcel was packed well. Than the insurance will pay for the defect. As soon as we got this information from the Post insurance we can try to order a new box.
