このたび、御社製品を販売していたところ、権利侵害を行っているとのことで審査者より指摘の連絡を受けました。
理由としては我々の落ち度として、販売が禁止されている商品であることを未確認だったためです。まず、現在取り扱い中の御社商品については既にすべて出品削除を行いました。念のため、再度全商品を確認し、同様の出品が無いかを確認します。
また、御社製品の取り扱いは、今後一切取りやめるとともに、今後は同じ事が起こらないよう、社内で情報共有と再発防止をルール化いたします。
We've received a notice from the reviewer that our company violates an infringement of right on the products we're selling.
We haven't confirmed that the products have approved to sell before. It was our fault. Therefore, all the products for sale we deal with right now have been eliminated from the list. We will double-check on the list to make sure if there are other same products for sale.
Additionally, we will stop handling our products from now on and we will make sure that the same issue will never happen. We create rules to share internal information in order to avoid the issues.
