田中さんからは、5月は赴任直後で少し慌しいでは、とのコメントがあり、また6月はNewyorkへの出張もある為、7月にすることも視野にいれて、貴女と調整するようにということです。

個人的には、貴地（タイ）の状況を把握してから出張したほうが、より高い効果を得られるのではないかと思っています。
