We have bought many of DUALSAW C450 from you through Amazon. However, we found out that this item cannot be sold without approval under Japanese law. We are now preparing to get approved, but it will be after June when we get approval and will be able to sell it. So we'd like to ask you, we want to return 20 units directly bought from you and 3 units purchased via online shop for now, will you accept them? We'll bear the shipping cost and you don't have to make full refund.
