先日は、迅速な発送ありがとうございました。
しかしながら、フロリダの転送業者から日本へ出荷出来ないと言われて商品が止められ、大変困っています。
転送業者が言うには、この商品は海を越えて出荷出来ないから、売り手に"prepaid return label "を提供してもらえと言います。
私は意味がわからず困っていますので、何とか返品させていただけないでしょうか？

However, the forwarding company in Florida said they cannot ship it to Japan and the item is on hold, I cannot do anything about it.
According to the forwarding company, this item cannot be shipped overseas so I should ask the seller to provide "prepaid return label".
I don't understand what that means, and there is nothing I can do about it, could you please accept return?
