If you cannot find any favorite design after the end of the competition, Fees including uploading fees and payment commission will be fully refunded. After passing 30 days without deciding who was the winner from the close of the competition, such case will be automatically excluded from the refunding assurance. Differences among plans include the option of full refund and/or the telephone support. As for the designs to be proposed, the more expensive the plan is, the more proposals will be gathered and higher quality designs using high grade graphic will be proposed.

If you can't see any design in your liking at the end of the competition, the entry money is 100% refunded including the publication charge and the settlement fee. If it passes more than 30 days after the competition deadline without deciding the winner, automatically you are not guaranteed of the repayment anymore. The plans differ depending with or without repayment guarantee or with or without telephone call support. Regarding the design proposals, the more expensive the plan is, the more proposals are given and the higher quality designs using high level graphic are proposed.
