The No. 000 that you ordered was originally a EMI Music Japan Japanese release. Please confirm this on the Amazon page. It only includes the Japanese release of the DVD. No.000 you have purchased is originally from the Japanese edition of the EMI MUSIC JAPAN CD. Please check the product page of Amazon.com. The DVD comes with the Japanese release only.
