Due to system error the price of the items and service fees are not displayed properly, therefore "consumption tax, payment transfer fees etc.." are included in the total charges.

Please note that because the item is not new, there are scratches, dents, some dirty spots on the package, the tape has changed its color and its quality is inferior, there is also slight peeling of the transparent layer on the front side of the package.

Regarding this order, it was an order which included a return of 2 watches (clocks) along with other goods, and regarding one of the clocks (Order item ID : .. ) the status is now set to "cancelled".

We have been hoping that there will be some action taken after that, but we have not received any messages concerning this and we would like to ask you to kindly let us know what is the current state of affairs concerning the matter after you have found out the details.

修理完了までに２〜３ヶ月。長くなる理由は亀裂が入った部分の再塗装をする際の乾き具合にどれだけ時間がかかるかわからないからです。また、亀裂部分に関しては「亀裂が見えなくなるのは難しい」とのことです。
作業工程としては指板を外し、トラスロッドの入れ替え、フレットの打ち直し（新品交換）、亀裂部分の再塗装といった工程になります。もしお待ち頂けるようなら修理代金は全てこちらで負担致します。購入しないようでしたら直ちに全額返金致します。

We have got an answer from the person who repairs musical instruments. They say that it will take 2-3 months to repair the instrument. They say that the reason why this is going to take so long is that it is necessary to paint anew the part where the crack is and it is not clear how long it will take for the paint to dry up. Another thing is that they say that it is difficult to make the crack not visible. They are going to remove the finger plate, exchange the truss rod, attach a new fret (a totally new one) and finally to repaint the area where the crack is. If you would like to wait until the repair is finished we are going to pay the charges required for this. If you do not wish to buy the instrument, then we would immediately refund you the whole sum.

I am so sorry that today's lesson is the last lesson. I think now that it would have been better if I'd come to AEON earlier... I will be changing to Korean air flight at the Incheon Airport in South Korea. After I change my flight I'll go to Kansai Airport in Japan.
Will this luggage go to Kansai Airport in Japan as well?

Or do I have to go through passport control and enter Korea in the Incheon Airport in order to pick up this luggage there myself?
And do I have to go through passport control once again to leave Korea after I have picked up my luggage at arrivals there?
