Official Opening - The New Functions of "Posted Works", "Updated Information" and "FAQ" etc.

The function of "Posted works" has been added. With free registration, you can see some design works made by various designers, and give some feedbacks or comments to each work of them.

Be a producer who works at an unprecedented works given by the productivity which has never been seen.

Also, we have added the other functions including "Updated Information" giving you various information about TRINUS and "FAQ".

月の裏側

月は地球に対していつも同じ面を向けているのはご存じでしょうか？月が地球の周りを1周する間に、地球自体も1回自転してしまうので、月の裏側は地球から見ることはできないのです。

ではその裏側はというと、表側よりも多数のクレーターに覆われた、少し衝撃的な光景が広がっています。。月の表と裏の違いの理由は諸説あるようで、様々な研究機関が研究している難しいテーマなのだそうです。

また、より近接した「月の裏側」の動画をNASAが公開しています。

引き続き、検討していきたいと思います。

The Back Side of The Moon

Did you know the moon always face the same side to the earth? Since the earth itself rotates while the moon goes around it, it is impossible for us to see the back side of the moon from our planet.

So, what does it looks like? A little surprising landscape can be seen there, which is covered with a greater amount of craters than the front. There are some theories of the difference between the both sides, and it is a difficult theme where a lot of research is being conducted.

Also, a deeper movie showing "The back of the moon" is being shown by NASA.

I would like to keep considering about it.

私の職場では、4人の診療看護師全員が女性です。看護の世界は女性中心ですが、今トレーニングをしている2人の診療看護師のうち、1名は女性、1名は男性です。また、医師の男女比はいまや半々です。女性の持つ共感力は、医療の世界で今後より一層必要とされていると思います。

However, please do not regret that you did't spend time with your friends or family because of overworking.

In my workplace, there are four female nurses. Although we share a general idea that nursing is a female job, I've got two new nurses, and one of them is female and the other is male. Plus, the ratio of male and female nurses now stands at 50:50. In my opinion, female workers are necessary, as they have a skill to sympathize with someone's feeling rather than men.

現場ではひどい虐待を受けた子供たちに接することもあります。精神的に落ち込んで自殺を考える子たちは、身の安全のため病院に来てもらいます。しかし、子供やその両親が同意しない場合児童保護の手続きが必要となり、説得できない場合は強制的に入院してもらうこともあります。子供や両親が納得せず病院側を脅迫することもありました。私たちは子供たちや家族を救おうとしているのに、彼らを傷つけると思われてしまうのはとても辛いです。

一方、誰かを救うことができると感じられるとき、仕事のやりがいを感じます。

In the workplace, there are some occasions to take care children who had been abused badly. As for some children who are thinking of suicide as a medial depression, they are advised to come to take some treatments. However, provided that they or thier parents do not agree with it, there is the need to apply the child custody. If they are not convinced for it, the children are forced to stay at hospitals. I have an experience that the children or thier parents accused us. It is very hard for me to be seen as the one who hurts them, even though I am trying to help them.

On the other hand, it would be much pleasure, if I felt like I can help someone who are suffering.
