We are pleased to announce our new Case Management system which will enhance the service we provide to our customers! You will notice that you received a Case Number when your email message was received at MyUS. Each time you contact us with a new question or concern, the system will open a new Case for that question and will assign the case to a Customer Service Account Manager who is specially trained in that particular topic. We will reply to your email through our system and ask that should you need to reply to us on that same case, simply reply to our email so we will have all the details to provide you with world-class service.
