It is possible to return goods.
In this case, it is you mistake when you order our product, Please confirm items as below ;
Did you open the box when it arrived or not?
If you opened the box already, you will refund only 60% of purchased price.
If you used the machine already, it will be second hand grade and you will refund only 35%.
If the box is not opened ( the appearance is not damaged), you will receive full refund.
But we will not return the transportation fee (65USD) from Japan to you.
Please understand that We are not responsible for transportation fee of returning goods to japan.
