発送方法について
通常この商品を発送する際は、受け取りサインの必要のないSAL便で発送するのですが、ホリデーシーズンに限り早くお届けできるよう書留便にて発送します。(ホリデーシーズンは貨物量が大変多くなるためSAL便扱いの荷物は処理が後回しになりお届けが大変遅れます) この時期は通常の発送方法(SAL便)で送るとお届けまで1ヶ月程かかることが多いためです。サインの必要な書留便は、不在がちのお客様には大変ご不便をおかけしますが、何卒ご理解いただけますようお願いいたします。

大変お手数をおかけしますが、最寄りの郵便局にご連絡していただけますようお願いいたします。(12/31まで再配達の依頼がない場合は日本に返送となります)

About shipping
Usually, when we ship this product, we ship it on a SAL flight that does not require a signature.
However, we are shipping it by registered mail during holiday seasons so that it can be delivered as soon as possible.
(Due to the large amount of cargo during the holiday season, shipments handled as SAL flights will be delayed and delivery will be delayed very much.)
It will take about a month to deliver if sent using the normal shipping method (SAL flight) during holiday season.
For this reason we ship it by registered mail.
Registered mail are very inconvenient of signing for those who tend to be away form home, but we hope that you understand.
