Of course. It looks to me like the box was possibly opened enroute. When I picked it up at the post office, one end of the box was opened and only held together by two pieces of tape. There was no packing material at that end. The box had much damage to it. From the damage I could confidently say that it was dropped from quite a height. However, the damage to the guitar is fixable. Would you like me to take it to a professional guitar craftsman and get an estimate for repair? That way, we would have a true idea of the extent of the damage. In the meantime I will hold onto everything and wait to hear from you regarding the investigator.

現地郵便局に商品はあるとのことでした。
ただ気になるのは「この住所には配達できない」というログがあることです。
通常、住所が間違っているもしくは見つけられたなかった時に残るログです。

However, I'm concerned that there was a log saying "undeliverable to this address".
Normally, this log is recorded when address is incorrect or cannot be found.
Therefore, asking redelivery from Japan side will be declined.
I'm afraid to take your time but will you kindly contact your nearest USPS, inform them the tracking number, tell them your address again and request for redelivery?

リターンリクエストの管理画面を確認したところ、なぜかすでにitemがこちらに到着しているのに「item　delivered」になっていないようです。
ebayサポートセンターに確認したところ、ebayのシステム上で更新処理が遅れているらしいです。
2,3日中に更新され、「item　delivered」の項目が緑色のチェックが入ると思います。
更新されると、ebayからメールがそちらに送信されますので、そのメールのリンクからリターンリクエストのclose処理が出来ます。

As I checked return request management screen, I don't know why but status has not been changed to "item delivered" while it already arrived here.
I checked with eBay support center and they said updating process on eBay system is delayed.
I think it will be updated in a few days and green check will be on "item delivered".
eBay will send you an email when it's updated, so you can close return request from a link in that email.
