このページは本来4冊セットのページですので、出品取り消しをお願いします
私は4冊セットを販売していますが、このまま御社が誤って販売し続けると御社の評価が悪くなり、
商品レビューも悪化します。可能でしたら今回の商品レビューの取り消しをバイヤーにお願いできますか？

Recently, I started sales of the Genki Answer Key and received the AtoZ.
Please look at the attachment.
If you select the paperback in red frame to view the Genki4 book page, selecting the price allows you to get the Answer Key.
Since this page is originally a 4-page set, please cancel the product.
I am selling 4 sets of books, but if you keep selling with this error there as it is, it would be bad review for your company. Product reviews will only get worse.
If it's possible, could you request the buyer to cancel his/her product review this time?

発送する前に、機器の上部にある両方のツマミが少しグラグラしている事に気がつきました。
検品したところ、録音された音量を調整するツマミが反応しませんでした。
録音された音源は一定の音量で再生いますが、これを調整する事ができません。
恐らく、ボリュームのツマミが故障している事が原因です。
その他の動作には問題はありませんでした。
故障している事がわかった以上、このまま発送する事ができない為にご連絡致しました。
お支払い頂いた一部を返金するか、商品をキャンセルするか選択頂ければ幸いです、

Before shipping, I noticed that both knobs on the top of the instrument were slightly wobbling.
After checking, I noticed that the knob to adjust the recording volume was not working.

Although the recorded sound source plays at a certain volume, it can'd be adjusted. It's highly likely that the knob of the volume is broken. There was also no problem with the other functions.

We would like to notify you as we would not be able to ship it in this case, since there is a defect in the product.
