突然のメールでの連絡ですみません。
わたしはKOというもので、御社の日本事業でのアドバイザー業務を2014年から2018年の間行いました。Jon Prideauxさんが来日した時は日本の携帯キャリアなどのパートナーをご紹介しました。
アドンバイザー契約にのっとって御社のストックオプションを6000share付与されました。

このたび、このストックオプションを実行して現金化したいと考えていますが、
その方法を教えていただければ幸いです。

I am writing for you for the first time.
I am KO, had been working as an advisor for marketing in Japan from 2014 to 2018. When Mr.Jon Prideaux made a visit, I have introduced some partners for mobile carriers for him.
On the agreement for advisor, your stock option at 6000 sharers have been given(Please see the attached document).
At this time, I would like to convert this to cash using the stock option. Would you please tell me how to do so?

Aは紙の樹脂が含浸されたリボンを一定の角度で巻きながら、焼成して作られています。リボンは一定の間隔で波打っており、リボンの凹凸同士がくっつくことで穴を形成します。
穴の大きさはコントロール不可能ですので、整流性は圧力損失の規格値を設けて管理しています。
（エアーを流して測定します。）
ですので、品質に大きなバラツキは無いようにしております。

A is made of firing and winding at constant speed of ribbon soaked of resin of paper. Ribbon is formed waving at also constant space respectively, the hole is shaped for attaching ribbon unevenly.
The size of hole is uncontrollable, therefore, rectification is managed with the standard value of pressure loss(measuring to flow air).

生産工場の変更を検討しております。

天板は、オーク材で、天板の仕上げをオイル塗装とPU塗装の
2パターンお願いしたいと思っております。
価格は、US＄45くらいを想定しております。

サンプル制作可能でしょうか？

For item on attached document, that is currently popular for customer. However due to the problem on our factory for production, so that I am considering to change of factory for them.
For this reason, may I ask you to make sample at GALA's facilities?

Top panel should be using oak and I would like to ask you to make two versions, the one is by oil painting and the other is by PU painting.
The price would be better for around at 45USD each.

Would it be possible to work for our samples ?

また、今日中に回答が難しい場合は、いつまでに回答できるかの旨も回答お願いします。

As it was answered at the first matter of enquires, concerning section 1. ,there was no reasonable explanation regarding the change from NIR to TLC, therefore, there is a request for asking it to explain again on the second matter of enquires.
As referred to the first matter of enquiries, we need an explanation the suitability for the accuracy of examination. In addition, if it would be difficult to do so by the end of this month, we need when to obtain the explanation should be noted.

Regarding ..., an application for revision of MF was already applied and there is an second enquiry from PMDA. Whilst your firm is reconsidering for the market in Japan, would you answer for following three sections because we need to answer to PMDA?

メーカーの生産が遅れた事と運送会社の出荷手配の問題で、弊社の問題で商品の入荷が遅れた事は僕は理解します。しかし、お客さんは、弊社が　もう少しメーカーと運送会社と連絡をとっていたら、こんなに納期が遅くならいと言っております。月末に商品が到着しても、どこもセールで全く売れないそうです。弊社から発注したらトラブルばかりで、今後　発注するのが難しい。
去年は、色々なブランドの発注を頂きました。

I could understand that arrival of items has been delayed due to our problem such as the delayed production of manufacture and an issue for shipping of courier company.
However, our customer says such a big delay should be avoided if we would make a contact to courier company at early stage. When the items will be arrived in late this month, these items might not be able to be sold at all they say. It would be always difficult for ordering at us and may result to place an another order our customer noted. We got many of order for various brands from them.
Tomorrow we will have a meeting with them but what sort of proposal should we give them in order to secure the relationship each other ?

For first year, we will be willing to release at lower cost for the market research. In addition, we also think we are going not to put you any burden. After reviewing the market testing for 1st year, what about again negotiating for the reward when updating for next year ?
